Bio:

As a girl Nerissa lived with her mother and father in a small hut near a swamp outside a nearby harbor town. One day, and for her unknown reasons, her father got accused for treason and scented to death. At his public hanging her mother boldly tried to save him, but she was overpowered and killed in her tracks by the guards. Nerissa now an orphan, waited underneath the gallows for days while the townsfolk tried to scare her away. She however was to traumatized to take notice and to scary for the townsfolk’s to take action. Then a man suddenly approached and offered her a place to stay. Nerissa accepted his offer and became like a daughter to the man, whom turned out to be a pirate captain.

The life as a pirate has trained her into be the woman she is today. She doesn’t leave the sea often, and when se dose she tries to return quick. She has not been probably educated and therefore knows little of history, arcana or religion. She prefers to take the appearance of a suntanned, human woman with deep red hair, but since she is a changeling her normal appearance is pale skin, grey eyes and white hair with a hint of pink.

Nerissa is down to earth. She doesn’t have a lot of interests and is a bit uncreative. On the other hand she is the person a friend always can count on. She is well-organized, self-disciplined and careful when dealing with situations that can harm innocents. Good traits off hers are being calm, relaxed and secure in tuff situations. She is neither particularly social nor reserved. She is well liked among her crew members and is highly regarded in some towns, but she also hides her true form. Bad traits off hers are being critical, rude, harsh and some what callous since she finds it fairly easy to criticize others.
